The fire at the Ridge condos breached one end of the building and caused extensive structural and smoke damage to the balance of the unit where the fire started. Additional areas in the building and units were affected by smoke and odor, including the crawlspace that connected all of the units.
Our crews addressed the odor problems in the other areas, then undertook a complete restoration of the most heavily damaged unit. The project involved the local condominium association manager, several absentee owners, multiple insurance carriers and the team from REE-Construction.

The project was a success with the cooperation of all the parties involved.
