Meet some of our highly-skilled team of restoration professionals. Ron Reese, CR,WLS
Ron Reese, CR, WLS, AMRT, is founder and president of REE-Construction. He has been involved in the damage restoration industry for over 25 years and participated in well over 2000 projects in southern Idaho, from fire and water damage restoration to mold remediation . He is past president of the Water Loss Institute and has chaired several national conferences dealing with damage restoration issues. In addition to writing articles dealing with industry practice and publishing in journals such as National Underwriter and Cleaning and Restoration, he also provides expert services for a variety of property damage situations. Ron grew up in the Magic Valley and opened this cleaning and restoration business in the Wood River Valley in 1983. Brad Mantz
Brad is a Kansas native joining REE-Construction in June of 2006. Brad started a janitorial and carpet cleaning business in 1983, became co-owner of a restoration franchise operation and in 1989 entered the fire and water damage field. He sold his share of the business in 1990 and returned as the fire restoration manager for another firm in 1993. He has earned certifications in fire, water, odor, carpet, upholstery cleaning and mold remediation. In the past 23 years Brad has gained valuable experience in all facets of damage restoration. He brings this knowledge and experience to his position as Senior Estimator in our Wood River office. Heath Martin
Heath Martin joined REE-Construction as Project Manager for our Wood River office. He manages the allocation of production staff and resources for our Wood River Valley Project Leads. Heath's attention to detail is important to keep all the plates spinning. His background in both production of fine cabinetry and management of cabinet shop operations translates well to his current responsibilities. JC Morrison
JC Morrison is the Production Manager in the Magic Valley Office. JC brings extensive experience from 15+ years in construction and damage restoration. JC grew up in central Wyoming on a farm and ranch operation. He then moved to California where he was in the building trades and gained experience in the damage restoration field. JC moved to Idaho to be close to family. He ran his own construction business before coming to REE-Construction.
Joe Seidel
Joe Seidel is our Emergency Services Manager in the Magic Valley office. Joe comes to REE-Construction from the Yakima, Washington area. He spent several years as an estimator for a large restoration contractor. Joe grew up working with his dad, learning all phases of residential and commercial construction and cabinet making. He received a Journeyman Carpenter Certification from the Washington State Apprenticeship Council after completing a four-year apprenticeship program. Joe has worked for various contractors in the Spokane area as well as owning and operating Seidel Construction for 10 years. Before joining REE-Construction, Joe taught carpentry apprenticeship for 20 years in central and eastern Washington.
Clark Vanek
Clark Vanek grew up in southeastern Idaho and has been with REE-Construction since 2000. Originally hired for his carpentry skills, Clark has taken over responsibilities as our WR Emergency Service Manager and oversees proper drying of damaged structures. He also acts as a Project Lead and supervises most ongoing mold remediation projects. Clark has completed IAQA Mold Remediation Technician Training,is an ASCR Certified Water Loss Technician and holds the IICRC Applied Structural Drying designation. Andrew Reay, CR
Andrew Reay is currently a Project Lead for our company. Andrew grew up in Carey, Idaho and first came to REE-Construction in 1996. Andrew has a wide range of skills from carpentry to floor coverings to cleaning. He is currently a NIDR Certifed Restorer. Andrew left Idaho for a time and worked for restoration firms in Salt Lake City and St. George, Utah areas, where he increased his industry specific skill set before returning to Idaho and REE-Construction. We are fortunate to have him with us and appreciate his broad restoration experience.
Josh Purkey
Josh joined REE-Construction in 2004 and is currently a Project Lead Magic Valley. Josh is a hands-on craftsman and has also managed the successful completion of a number of larger reconstruction projects during his time with us. Dave Seamons
Dave Seamons came to REE-Construction in 2006 as a project lead in our Wood River office after being in business in the Valley since 1992. Dave graduated in 1986 from ISU with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Geology. He then went on to serve in the Marine Corps as an officer and was a forward observer in Operation Desert Storm. Sara Torres
Sara Torres heads up the administration of REE-Construction for both our Magic and Wood River Valley locations. Sara grew up in the Wood River Valley and joined REE-Construction in 2006. Sara's background includes considerable experience in the retail flooring business. In addition to overseeing adminstration, she brings considerable knowledge of floor covering treatments such as carpet, pad, vinyl, and laminate flooring.
Mo Wallis
Mo came to REE-Construction in December of 2006 to head up our Business Development operations. He was very familiar with the work done by the company as he previously managed a company that was a sub-contractor to REE-Construction.
Mo was born in Salmon, Idaho and raised in the Pahsimeroi Valley on a cattle ranch. He graduated from the University of Idaho and was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army, serving in Germany, Texas, and Panama during his time in the military.
Gail Peterson
Gail began working in our accounting and payroll department in 2004. She and her husband, Buster, live in Carey. When she isn't keeping track of our other employee's timecards, she spends time keeping track of grandkids on activities on local sports teams.
