REE-Construction President and General Manager
Ron was raised in Jerome, Idaho. He and his wife Susie started this company in 1983. Ron has previously been awarded the Certified Restorer (CR) and Water Loss Specialist (WLS) designation.
He is an Accredited Mold Remediation Technician (AMRT). He contributed to the ANSI-IICRC S-520 Mold Remediation Standards and ANSI-IICRC S-500 Water Damage Standard and held several offices with national trade organizations. He has been designated as a Big 50 Remodeler by Remodeling magazine.
Ron has testified for legislation affecting the damage repair industry as well as acted as an appraiser and expert witness in property damage claim litigation.
Senior Estimator in Wood River Valley
Brad grew up in the farming and construction businesses in Winfield, Kansas. He started his own cleaning business in 1983 then moved into the restoration industry with the purchase of a Purofirst franchise in 1989.
Brad has earned several industry certifications over the years and is currently Level 3 Xactimate certified.
He moved to Idaho with his wife Sarena in 2006 when he joined the team at REE-Construction. He and Sarena now enjoy the mountain lifestyle with their 3 boys (Ian, Ethan, and Bowen) and daughter Joey.
Project Lead in Wood River Valley
Andrew was born in Spokane, Washington and grew up in the Carey, Idaho. Started out in the new home construction industry out of high school, moved into the carpet and vinyl installation trade and then came to work with REE-Construction (for the first time) in 1996.
Andrew and his wife Patty moved to Utah for a while where Andrew continued in the damage restoration industry. In early 2000 they moved the family back to Idaho and Andrew came back to work with REE-Construction. Andrew has earned his Certified Restorer (CR) designation along with several other industry certifications.
He enjoys spending time with his wife, his three children and flying remote controlled aircraft.
Project Lead in Wood River Valley
Jeff is most recently transplanted from Montana to the Wood River Valley. He lives in Hailey with his daughter Rosie.
Jeff joined REE-Construction/First General Idaho as a Project Lead in December of 2015 and bring over 25 years of construction experience to the position.
Whether winter or summer, like many in our Wood River office the love of the outdoors find Jeff spending time introducing his daughter to all of the outdoors activities available.
Senior Estimator in Magic Valley
Clark grew up in the American Falls area of eastern Idaho. He came to work with REE-Construction in 2000. During his tenure here he has been involved in just about every aspect of the business of restoration.
Clark started as a technician, moved into emergency services and later managed our emergency and mitigation services operations.
He has numerous industry certifications from Water Restoration Technician (WRT) to Accredited Mold Remediation Technician (AMRT). He is also our accredited radon system designer.
Clark lives in Carey with his wife Betsy. When he’s not restoring people’s property, you’ll probably find him fishing with the grand kids. Ask him to tell you a fish story.
Project Lead in Magic Valley
Jeff was born in Columbia S.America while his parents were doing missionary work there. He grew up in Tennessee, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Jeff came to work at REE-Construction early in 2010. He has been a tremendous asset since the day he started. After years of being self employed and 35+ years of experience in all phases and all types of construction, he now has the opportunity to concentrate on carrying out the solutions to people’s property damage dilemmas. He is a master at choosing the right solution.
The only challenge we have with Jeff is that he has a hard time not doing everything himself, even when he has a strong team supporting him. It’s not easy being as good at everything as he is. While we don’t designate anyone as our “favorite” project lead, Jeff is certainly in the running.
Project Lead in Magic Valley
Ken is another of the Idaho natives on staff at Ree-Construction – First General Idaho. He brings 27 years of construction experience to his position as a project lead and is dedicated to translating that experience into a positive experience for our clients.
In his off time it is a tight race (pun intended) between fishing and watching NASCAR for keeping Ken’s interest.
Estimator – Project Manager in Treasure Valley
Robert grew up in Whittier, California. He moved to Idaho in 2011 and started with REE-Construction shortly after arriving in the Treasure Valley. Robert was a licensed Master Plumber in California and combined that experience with working for a disaster restoration contractor prior to coming to Idaho.
When he isn’t on call for emergency services in the Treasure Valley, you can find him fishing, boating, camping or planning to fish boat or camp. Robert has six children and 4 grandchildren.
Robert is enthusiastic about customer service and puts 100% effort into the job of putting things right.
Contents Restoration Lead
Blanca has been involved in the content restoration and structural cleaning portion of our industry for over 11 years and brings a wide variety of training and experience to the position with Ree-Construction – FirstGeneral Idaho.
She is raising three daughters and a son and plays a mean game of volleyball.
Emergency Service Lead in Magic Valley
Isaiah joined Ree-Construction – First General Idaho as a technician and currently acts as our Emergency Services and Mitigation Lead in the Magic Valley.
Isaiah married his high school sweetheart in 1998 and with three young sons spends much of his spare time following and coaching them in various team sports. When it isn’t a baseball weekend, they are probably outdoors camping , hunting or fishing.
Office Administrator – located in Magic Valley
Sara was born in Arco and grew up in Bellevue, ID. She graduated high school \at Wood River High school in Hailey. She has been with REE-Construction since 2006 and worked in various positions at an independent flooring business 5 years prior to that.
Sara has overall responsibility for project documentation, payroll, AR/AP for REE-Construction. Sara lives in Hailey with her 3 children Marcos (13), Liliana (12) and Lucas (3).
She is the glue behind the scenes that holds REE-Construction together.
Customer Service Representative in Treasure Valley
Thea joined our team in December 2015. She has 10 years of experience in the property management industry and has dealt with many an emergency ranging from floods, fires and mold to accidental drive-throughs.
She understands the importance of empathizing and providing a quick, competent response in your time of need.
In her free time, Thea enjoys spending time with her husband and their three boys. Being a native Idahoan, she also enjoys our beautiful outdoors- fishing, biking and hiking.
Customer Service Representative in Wood River Valley
Jeannie was born in Toledo, Ohio, grew up in Redondo Beach California, joined the Army after high school, moved to the Wood River Valley in 1996.
She worked many years in the Aerospace industry and in the Human Resource field and brings diverse administrative experience to the office as well.
Jeannie loves to take advantage of all the outdoor recreation the valley has to offer including fishing, camping, hiking, gold panning and some winter activities.
Customer Service Representative in Magic Valley
Lisa grew up in the a very small farming town of Marysvale, Utah, she later moved to Salt Lake City. After college and children she decided that SLC was not for her. In 2009, wanting to live in a rural atmosphere instead of the hectic city she came to Idaho to see what it had to offer and decided to make it her home.
She has one 17 year old boy left at home and two other children starting their own families. Lisa has 4 grandchildren, 3 boys and 1 girl. She is intent upon providing a positive experience for our clients when she has contact with them.
Lisa is also a horse lover and has a soft spot for motorcycles.
